Ohio’s Program Helped Families Avoid Foreclosure

A coordinated statewide program for Ohioans at risk of foreclosure helped more than 3,220 families stay in their homes during its first year.

The “Save the Dream” program said it referred more than 12,000 Ohioans to housing counseling or legal assistance and awarded home-rescue loans or grants to more than 700.
