MFI-Miami, LLC, a mortgage fraud investigation company, announced today that it is in search of attorneys that understand foreclosure defense and the intricacies of Michigan Foreclosure Law. Attorneys are needed to assist MFI-Miami’s homeowner clients facing foreclosure and post-foreclosure evictions by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. MFI-Miami contends that the majority of these foreclosure and evictions are being performed illegally.
MFI-Miami is also looking for law firms that may be interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit against Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the mortgage servicers based on MFI-Miami’s findings that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s foreclosure guidelines violate Michigan law.
“The purpose of this announcement is two-fold. First, I have more clients than I have attorneys that can service them. The attorneys I use are nearing their capacity and therefore are unable to take on any new clients. So I need more skilled attorneys,” explained MFI-Miami President Steve Dibert, “I also need to find a law firm that is willing to review MFI-Miami’s findings in these cases and initiate a class action lawsuit against the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the mortgage servicers for violating MCL 600.3204.”
