Group Aims to Solve Foreclosure Crisis

Foreclosure rates in Rock County have rocketed by about 1,400 percent since 2008 — a grim statistic one organization aims to reduce through its soon-to-be launched Rescue America Project.
“This problem is fixable,” said Michael Rorabeck, founder of the John Doe Movement and Realtor with Century 21. “People don’t realize that.”
The John Doe Movement hopes to perform humanitarian acts, no matter how big or small, to help community members.
