Homeowners in Foreclosure Limbo

It was a daily nightmare of uncertainty and stress for one local homeowner after his lender sent him foreclosure notices, and then didn’t respond to his requests for help for months.
“I would get notices that if I didn’t pay my mortgage, they would foreclose,” said Bruce Ferguson of Hesperia. “I tried to contact my lender but they would never communicate with me. When you are in that kind of a situation, you really don’t know what’s going on and I didn’t know what I was supposed to do.” Read more…
