Geauga Courts Offer Foreclosure Help

Geauga County homeowners facing foreclosure now can receive help in keeping their homes from the auction block, thanks to a new Foreclosure Mediation Program sponsored by the County Common Pleas Court.
Local attorney and former Bainbridge Township Trustee Christopher Horn serves part-time as a mediator who works with homeowners and their lending institutions to reach a payment agreement that may allow the owner to remain in the home. Read more about foreclosure mediation…
