Too often I hear complaints from financially struggling community associations having trouble getting banks to finalize foreclosure processes in order to forestall having to pay maintenance fees.

It’s becoming clear that banks behave like parasites, feeding on hosts and discarding them when there’s nothing left to eat. This makes it apparent that the banking industry doesn’t maintain the health of the American economy. That industry destroys it.
